While IHOC is a mostly volunteer organization, we have a full time case manager on staff.
This individual shepherds our program participants through their journey to permanent housing. We also provide our clients with healthcare referrals, substance use counseling, and life skills training. Our case manager also assists clients in obtaining the documents they need to access jobs and services.
Unlike other programs, our case manager continues to foster relationships with participants even after they’ve secured permanent housing. She is always available as a resource in the event they should need future assistance.
