Serving New Jersey’s Unhoused Men for Over 30 Years

Transforming

Through life skills classes, job seeking support, and intensive drug and alcohol counseling, IHOC helps participants transition to employment, and are guided into secure and permanent housing. Mentor outings and expanding partnerships aim to provide ongoing support, while case management guides individuals towards housing stability.

Volunteering

IHOC's volunteer initiatives, like Adopt-A-Box and Pack-A-Sack, aim to provide essential personal care items and school supplies to those in need. These programs offer a simple way for community members to make a direct impact in the lives of less fortunate individuals.

Collaborating

IHOC is a coalition uniting over 40 diverse congregations across different faiths with the common mission of aiding the homeless. With the dedication of hundreds of volunteers, we strive to provide comprehensive support and assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness, embodying the spirit of compassion and solidarity across communities of faith.

Helping our own community.

IHOC’s mission has been to help the less fortunate in South Jersey for over 30 years, and it’s one we’re still passionate about today! Getting involved with IHOC gives members the ability to make a real, tangible difference in the communities they live in, one person at a time.

Growing as we continue.

We continue to grow and expand our programs and the resources we offer, with an ever expanding mission to help the less fortunate in our community.
